By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These terms govern use of the Website. If you buy or receive a course, programme, coaching service, event, retreat, community membership or other product from us, our Customer Terms of Sale and Service and the relevant Offer Schedule will also apply.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Our Cookie Notice explains our use of cookies and similar technologies.

3. Our public content
Our articles, videos, podcasts, social-media content, exercises, meditations and other public materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not personalised advice and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice or financial advice.
Our work may discuss health, wellbeing, identity, consciousness, coaching and personal transformation. Individual circumstances differ. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information and for seeking appropriately qualified professional advice where needed.
Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of something on the Website. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional promptly.
Examples, testimonials and personal stories describe individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that another person will obtain the same outcome.
4. Access to the Website
We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Website where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for your internet connection, device and any other arrangements needed to access the Website.
Where an account or password is required, you must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, another person or our systems.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, server or data;
- introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or personal information without permission;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with us;
- use the Website to send unsolicited marketing or abusive material;
- infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights; or
- help another person do any of these things.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been seriously or repeatedly breached.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the Website and its content.
You may view public content and may print or save a reasonable extract for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce or distribute substantial parts of our content;
- sell, license or commercially exploit it;
- remove ownership notices or present our work as your own;
- use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement; or
- use our materials to train, populate or operate a competing product, course, content library or artificial-intelligence system.
Sharing a normal link to a public page is permitted, provided it is fair, lawful and does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
7. Material you submit
If you send us an enquiry, comment, review or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing.
You retain ownership of material you create. You give us only the limited permission reasonably needed to receive, store, display or process it for the purpose for which you submitted it. We will obtain additional permission before using identifiable feedback, a testimonial, image or story publicly, unless you have already clearly agreed to that use.
Do not submit confidential medical records or unnecessary sensitive information through a general website form.
8. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or embed services operated by other organisations. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.
If you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy information may apply.
9. Responsibility for loss
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for business losses arising from consumer use of the Website.
If you use the Website for business purposes, our liability is subject to any separate written business agreement between us. In the absence of one, we do not accept liability for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law permits.
10. Children and young people
The public Website may be viewed by young people, but paid services intended for someone under 18 require the involvement and agreement of a parent or person with parental responsibility. Additional age or suitability requirements may be stated for a particular service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms to reflect changes in our Website, business or the law. The effective date will be shown at the top of the page. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a purchase contract already formed.
12. Governing law and complaints
Please contact us first at privacy@breakthroughthat.com if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you live outside the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protections in your country may also apply.
