3. What we use, in short
We currently use only the technologies needed to run our website, member area and checkout, and to play our videos. We do not use advertising cookies, and our optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel integrations are switched off.
Because of this, we don’t currently show a cookie banner. If we ever introduce optional cookies, such as analytics or advertising, we’ll ask for your consent first and give you an easy way to say no.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
These keep the site secure and working: loading pages, security, forms, login, course access and completing a purchase. The law doesn’t require consent for these, but we explain them here.
| Provider | Purpose | When used |
|---|---|---|
| Kajabi (our website and course platform) | Running the website, security, sessions, forms, login and course access. This includes Kajabi’s own technical tools for keeping the service reliable, such as error reporting and performance monitoring. | Across the site |
| Wistia (Kajabi’s video player) | Delivering and playing video | Pages with video |
| Stripe | Secure payment and fraud prevention | Checkout pages |
| PayPal | Secure payment and fraud prevention | Checkout, if you choose PayPal |
5. Other websites
We link to other services such as Substack, YouTube and social media. If you follow a link, that service uses cookies under its own policies. A link on its own doesn’t mean we set their cookies.
6. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop login, course access or checkout from working properly.
7. Changes to this notice
We’ll update this notice if our technologies or providers change, and we’ll ask for your consent before using any new optional cookies.
8. Contact us
If you have a question about our use of cookies, email privacy@breakthroughthat.com. Your data-protection rights, including how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, are set out in our Privacy Notice.
